Breyer Models

Mesteno was the foundation stallon of the Kiger Herd. Breyer produced a series of models based on "Mesteno" from sketches by the artist Rowland Cheney. This was the first time Breyer had ever made a series depicting the life story of one horse. Mesteno was shown from his first few months as a young colt, through out his life until his old age. The Mesteno series became and still is one of Breyer's best sellers.
